Extremely friendly staff Specially Annie, charmaine,Good value city centre hotel. The room was clean and well furnished. Nice to get free wifi and good quality complimentary coffee in the pleasant lounge area. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The location is great, near to Somerset MRT and a short walk to the extreme wealth displays of the Orchard Road malls. The room itself was a little swampy. Singapore is very hot and humid but the HVAC was struggling a bit. The pool is very nice and relaxing. It's only 1/2 meter deep so no laps but it has a shelf for lounging and a nice outdoor area which is an oasis in a built-up area. Allowed us to store our luggage and even offered a shower after we checked out because we had a late flight.
I had a wonderful solo stay at Lloyd’s Inn Singapore. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design, peaceful atmosphere, and is perfectly located close to great cafés and Orchard Road. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. A fantastic boutique hotel experience that I would happily recommend and return to.
Stayed overnight at Lloyd’s Inn and had a wonderful experience. The rooms blend nature seamlessly with minimalist, brutalist-inspired architecture, creating a relaxed and highly aesthetic atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming. They gave my son a free toy puzzle and bag of cookies. Our room has a outdoor shower and a patio which added a unique touch. My child enjoyed the small wading pool, while the complimentary breakfast from Killiney Kopitiam was a pleasant start to the day. Public parking is limited, but it’s only a short walk to convenience shops and coffee places. Overall, it’s a serene and stylish retreat, though insect repellent is recommended.
The rooms were smaller and less luxurious than what it seemed from the photos, and you have light coming in in the morning, which is not nice. The curtain in the bath also kills the aesthetic, in my opinion. The breakfast are not good as well. You have to walk like 5min to them, on the street, and the 2 options that you have, one of them is always completely full and the other is very hot, very loud and does not have juice/water included, which we had to pay extra for. Despite this, the staff at the hotel is very very nice, Hifaz specially was incredible. The location is good, close to metro/bus and close to orchard road.
